  • 18 November 2004 : PAA Strengthens Cross Border Customs Declaration Service

    The Pan-Asian E-Commerce Alliance, known as PAA, held the 17th Steering Committee meeting in Taipei from 17th November to 18th November 2004. Established in July 2000, it is the first regional e-Commerce alliance in Asia that provides secure and reliable IT infrastructure to promote efficient global trade and logistics. Current PAA Members comprise Tradelink of Hong Kong, Trade-Van of Chinese Taipei, CrimsonLogic of Singapore, KTNET of Korea, CIECC of China, TEDI Club of Japan, Dagang Net of Malaysia, TEDMEV of Macau. and CAT Telecom Public Co. Ltd of Thailand.

  • 19 August 2004 : PAA Launches Cross Border Customs Declaration Service

    The Pan-Asian E-Commerce Alliance, known as PAA, held the 16th Steering Committee meeting in Macau from 18th August to 19th August 2004.   • 21 May 2004 : Dato' Seri Rafidah Aziz, the Minister of International Trade and Industry, Malaysia, fully supports the work of the PAA

    Dato' Seri Rafidah Aziz, the Minister of International Trade and Industry Malaysia officiated the opening of the meeting. Dato' Seri Rafidah made it very clear the Malaysian Government fully recognized PAA effort and the value it brought to the promotion of cross border electronic trade. At the same time, Dato' Seri Rafidah encouraged PAA to expand the scope to cover all ASEAN members and other parts of the world. [more ...]
  • 13 February 2004 : 14th Pan Asian E-Commerce Alliance Steering Committee Meeting in Seoul

    New hub users have joined the PAA Secure Cross Border Transaction Service. As a notable example, CIECC and Trade-Van recruited ABIT, a world-class motherboard manufacturer in Chinese Taipei, to conduct electronic transactions with its global production factory, Rolly, in Suzhou China.
