Pan Asian Trade Forum Meets in Macao SAR

Macao SAR, 8 December 2007 – The Pan Asian e-commerce Alliance (PAA) held its 27th Steering Committee meeting in Macao SAR from 6-7 December.

The member economies of the PAA account for approximately 30 per cent of world trade. The countries and economies involved include Australia, China, Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Macao SAR, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.

PRESS RELEASE FOR 26TH PAA MEETING, KOTA KINABALU – August 2-3 2007

The Pan-Asian E-Commerce Alliance (the PAA) held its 26th meeting in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah on 2nd – 3rd August 2007. The PAA, established in July 2000, is the regional e-Commerce alliance in Asia that provides secure and reliable IT infrastructure and promotes efficient global trade and logistics. Current PAA Members comprise Tradelink of Hong Kong, Trade-Van of Chinese Taipei, CrimsonLogic of Singapore, KTNET of Korea, CIECC of China, TEDI Club of Japan, Dagang Net of Malaysia, TEDMEV of Macau and CAT Telecom Public Co. Ltd of Thailand.
